Foi ali na escola que ele ouviu de um colega sobre a f\u00e9 Adventista.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Entusiasmado pelas novidades do filho, seu pai, Franco Eloy, buscou mais conhecimento<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Logo, surgiria o primeiro grupo de batizados: Joaquim Fran\u00e7a, Benedita Fran\u00e7a, Maria Concei\u00e7\u00e3o Eloy, Am\u00e9lia Menezes Oliveira e Maria Ant\u00f4nia Siqueira. N\u00e3o muito tempo depois, o segundo grupo: Jo\u00e3o Bispo da Silva, Jo\u00e3o Queiroz, Marita Pereira de\u00a0 Queiroz, Adalgisa Queiroz, Josefina Azevedo e Maria Jos\u00e9 Eloy filha do Senhor Franco. Grande privil\u00e9gio de ainda ter conosco uma das pioneiras, Juvina Azevedo Silva com 106 anos de idade. Grande b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3o!.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Primeiro endere\u00e7o\u00a0 de\u00a0\u00a0 Rua J B\u00a0 da Fonseca ( Rua do Jenipapo).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Atualmente\u00a0 a Igreja Adventista do S\u00e9timo Dia est\u00e1 instalada na rua Professor Mata Pereira, 142.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Muitos pastores lideraram essa Igreja: Pastor Ant\u00f4nio Pereira, Gileno Oliveira, Pl\u00e1cido Pita, Marcos Schultz, Nesias Joaquim e muitos outros; o atual pastor Marcelo Ara\u00fajo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">A mensagem se expandiu bastante em dois Distritos com mais de 25 igrejas com o total de mais de mil membros. A Igreja Adventista do S\u00e9timo Dia\u00a0 junto \u00e1 sociedade\u00a0 cruzalmense desenvolve o projeto social dessa\u00a0 Igreja Adventista em todo o mundo ADRA e na Igreja local\u00a0 a ASA (Assist\u00eancia Social Adventista) distribuindo cestas b\u00e1sicas entre membros da Igreja e fora dela.
